We're Moving!

We really like it where we are, but...

While we're able to accomplsh a lot in our limited and scattered production spaces, it has always been our intention to eventually consolidate all of our operations into one purpose-built facility that isn't our basement or living room (...we've already graduated from bedrooms, closets and garages.) Until now we've been quiet about what's coming up so as not to jinx it.

Like a kid on Christmas morning...

I'm excited to leak the following news; Through a special arrangement with a like-minded friend we'll soon be moving all operations to a newly renovated commercial space. We already have posession and most of the big lumpy gear is there being tested, cleaned up and pre-wired. Materials have arrived for the construction of the studio elements within the building and the space is almost completely gutted in preparation for the build. It looks as if we'll be moved in and operational by summer's end.

Everything old is new again...

If that wasn't enough, we now have possession of a vintage MCI JH-16 two inch analog tape recorder including headsatcks for 16 and 24 tracks as well as 1" 8 track. Complimenting the multitrack recorder is an MCI JH-110 quarter-inch half-track deck. With these new (old) additions we're now able to provide totally-analog, "old school" sessions as well as analog tracking of beds before flying them into the digital box. We can also provide analog summing through our vintage Midas Pro4 desk onto analog tape. Finally we can also provide limited analog to digital transfers including tape-baking

That's it for now

I really don't like to jinx things so that's all I'm saying for the moment. When the time is right I'll release the details and location of the new facilty and you can all come over to visit and hopefully book your next session - watch this space!
